ELECTRICAL TESTING:
TLS offers a dedicated electrical service circuit meeting the special requirements specified by Underwriter’s Laboratory. This 30-amp circuit is distributed by low impedance 4 AWG wiring and is fully adjustable from 0 to 125% of the available source voltage.	30-Amp Variac

Surge Tester	Surge Testing – Simulates lightning strikes, power surges and other power distribution abnormalities.
Biomedical Electrical Testing - We perform grounding impedance and electrical leakage measurements, which are unique to the medical field. Equipment simulates probable fault conditions, such as loss of equipment ground and reversed power wiring, reads leakage current and voltages above or referenced to ground while resistance tests are made with respect to ground.
Flammability Testing – Our burn chamber features a stainless steel construction, full tempered glass front opening, two side-viewing ports, exhaust system and an integral fire suppression system. Internal dimensions are 84”W x 80”H x 56”D. Chamber includes a provision for connection to a Natural Gas source.

Hipot equipment is used to verify acceptable dielectric breakdown and electrical leakage properties to ensure that there is no shock hazard to the consumer.	Hipot Tester
